Terms and Conditions of Service for the supply of SEO services from Networx Marketing Ltd:

These pages, the service description and the Payment Schedule (if included) tell you the terms and conditions on which we supply any of the SEO services listed on our website at www.net-worx.co.uk to you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any Services from us. You should understand that by ordering any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
We advise you to print a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.
Please understand that if you refuse to accept these terms and conditions, you will not be able to order any Services from us.
By placing an order directly on the www.net-worx.co.uk you tick to agree with these terms and conditions. Networx Marketing Ltd at their discretion are able to cancel any order they feel they are not able to fulfil. These terms are effective from the date the payment is received by Networx Marketing Ltd and are governed under English law.   

Networx Marketing Ltd will not carry out any work directly on a client website unless authorised to do so in writing by the client. The work Networx Marketing Ltd complete can NOT have a negative effect on a your websites rankings in search engines, therefore you as a client of Networx Marketing Ltd agree to exclude Networx from any liability due to a drop in positions. Networx Marketing Ltd cannot be held responsible for URLs being dropped by a search engine for any reason. Networx Marketing Ltd do not represent that a clients URL will achieve an increase in search engine position, within a particular search engine as a result of using any of our services. To the maximum extent allowed by English law, Networx Marketing Ltd and any of their directors, members, subsidiaries, affiliates, service providers or employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential losses including negligence, or for interrupted communications, lost data or lost profits, arising out of or in connection with the services provided hereunder.

We only start to implement orders once we have received the payment in full from a customer. Networx Marketing Ltd informs you that once a payment has been received NO REFUNDS CAN BE GIVEN under any circumstances.

Pay on results:

The Customer shall pay the 50% of the contract value in advance of any work being completed by Networx Marketing Ltd. FULL SETTLEMENT without exception for all outstanding fees are to be paid within 7 working days of Networx Marketing LTd issuing a report in showing a minimum of one of a clients keywords occupying a place in the top 10 positions of google.
If payment is not received following 7 working days of the invoice being sent, Networx Marketing Ltd will charge interest on the amount outstanding from the due date to the date of receipt by Networx (whether or not after judgment), at the annual rate of 4% above the then current base lending rate of LloydsTSB Bank plc, accruing daily and compounded quarterly;
The final 50% fees are payable regardless of the results if:
I. a customer changes the website or in any way hinders the progress of the website. If the Customer has removed any of the Services, changed Keywords, changed domains, interfered with the link building or not complied with the request and advice of Networx Marketing Ltd;
II. the Customer has acted in a way that the Director’s of Networx Marketing Ltd consider, at their sole discretion, is detrimental to achieving the first page listing;
III. the Customer has interfered with or impaired the Service;
IV. the Customer’s website has not been available for more than 99% of the 6 month period;
V. the Customer has breached any national or international law; and
VI. there are other factors outside of the control of Networx Marketing Ltd that have prevented or inhibited its ability to provide the first page results.
